Objectives and Values

The Foundation IN NUMBERS

Our Objectives - 3 main axes

Because of its desire to support the diversity of the clienteles served by the regional hospital centre and its points of service in the greater Saint-Jérôme area, the Fondation Hôpital régional Saint-Jérôme has made it its mission to support development. Such development translates into a variety of spheres, ranging from support to patient comfort, the well-being of CHSLD residents, the implementation of various programs, including mental health, and the purchase of medical equipment. Since the role of the regional hospital is to serve all of the Laurentides, the Foundation is in a position to contribute to the health of all Laurentians.

Official Launch

The Fondation de l'Hôtel-Dieu de Saint-Jérôme is officially launched, and the first permanent position is created.

The Health and Social Services Centres were created to group together CLSCs, residential centres and hospital centres by region

The letters patent of the Foundation are modified so that the Fondation de l'Hôtel-Dieu de Saint-Jérôme becomes the Fondation de l'Hôpital régional de Saint-Jérôme.

On April 1, a reorganization of the health system led to the creation of the Integrated Health and Social Services Centres (CISSS). The Foundation is then grouped with 13 other foundations in the CISSS des Laurentides’ territory, but the organization’s mission remains the same
