Objectives and Values
Mission
The Foundation’s mission is to involve the citizens and businesses of the Laurentians in optimizing health care in our region. As a main partner, support the financing of the hospital so that it can pursue its mission and shine in the region.
Objectives
The objectives of the Foundation are to solicit and receive donations, legacies or other voluntary contributions, to manage them, to make them grow and to distribute them in order to promote the improvement of care in the Establishment (priority to the Hospital regional of Saint-Jérôme and occasionally to the other components of the Saint-Jérôme service point) and thus contribute through this humanitarian and charitable activity to the well-being of the community of the Laurentides region, in accordance with the provisions of the charter constituent of the Foundation.
The establishment is an integral part of the CISSS des Laurentides. This brings together 6 hospitals and a multitude of service points, including CHSLDs, CLSCs, and rehabilitation centers.
